This was an awesome session! Bryce and Alex were gracious enough to stop by our neck of the woods to have their engagement photos done...THANK YOU! Jackie and I get to travel all the time, which is amazing don't get me wrong, but sometimes it is nice to just be able to roll around the corner and take some photos!
We did a little mini ice cream date to start things off to celebrate the nice spring weather we are having. Pretty sure the girl who was working the counter thinks she is the owner of Jenis Ice Cream because she tried to give us the boot multiple times. Much to her dismay we stayed and took some amazing pictures!
Our little photo walk around the Short North was also pretty awesome because we all decided to make frequent stops at different boutique and antique shops (something Jackie and I LOVE LOVE LOVE to do!). We also hit a little flee market sale that was happening!
Once the sun went down a little and we hit that hour and a half before sunset we headed to a new spot to shoot some ... symmetrical trees... for lack of a better description. Pretty sure we also almost got kicked out of that place too. Turns out it is a park that is "under construction". Oh well, it was fun, and we got amazing shots so all is well!
Mixed in are a few amazing 4x5 shots of Bryce and Alex in the "forbidden" park. The Graflex is my absolute favorite camera to shoot with especially when we get amazing shots like that!
