We met up with Katie and Chris at the end of a whirlwind adventure around the country. They had us down to Lexington, Kentucky where we got to relax and hang out with their “pets” haha!

As it turns out Chris and Katie are both involved in livestock, Katie with horses and Chris with cows! So when we met up with them it was for an evening feed and photo session. We got to make friends with his herd, which Doug was so excited about! Over the course of the evening we also learned that Chris prices things in the amount of “cow” it cost him, for instance, Katie’s engagement ring cost six cows… It’s a pricing method I think we could work with around here… Jackie’s car cost five nikon cameras, Doug’s leica cost four plane tickets to Thailand, etc. Awesome! haha

We also dragged Katie, Chris and their dog, Allie out to the park at the crack of dawn for some fun with the morning light. We had a ton of fun with these guys and can’t wait for their wedding on the most popular date of 2014!
