Wow! 2013 has been a whirlwind year for us! We spent the first quarter of the year exploring South East Asia, which seems like a distant memory already!

When we came back to the US we were embarked on our sixth wedding season for Doug Treiber Photography, and got to meet and photograph some absolutely wonderful people. We always gloat about how awesome our couples are- fun, laid back, artistic, easy going, adventurous people we love spending time with, not just as clients, but as friends, and we pride ourselves on getting to spending our time capturing such an important moment in their lives. This year was obviously no exception, with more awesome people and photos!

At the end of this year we also made a big change in our personal lives- moving to Dillon, Colorado to chase our dreams of expanding our business and being “mountain people” and we couldn’t be happier!

For our best of we’ve decided to do things a bit differently- 20 of our favorite images from our weddings and engagements and 13 personal images from our travels and our life.

My Grandfather passed away in September… I was lucky enough to be able to snap a few shots around the house the last time he was up and moving.  This was the last time he signed his name.

The last shot I took of my Grandfather before he passed.
