Kenzie and Bryce’s Laramie, Wyoming engagement session was amazing despite all the Covid-19 craziness. In typical fashion for Bryce’s family we had to postpone the engagement session from its original date because of a massive snowstorm that had us locked in our house with road closures everywhere (the same thing happed for his brother’s engagement session a few years ago!). We did have much better weather on the backup date so it was worth it. Would have been nuts shooting in a blizzard!
Kenzie and Bryce are madly in love and also quick to think of others before themselves. We started the day with them making everyone breakfast at their house. It was great…their dogs also thought it was great but were not really that happy they didn’t get quite as much as everyone else!
We shot around Laramie a bit and despite the stadium being closed because of the virus we still managed to get a few shots of them with the “essence” of the stadium at least. Not what everyone had planned but Kenzie and Bryce were not bothered at all and just happy to be out with the dogs sharing the day together. With much nicer weather than our first date for the photos we headed up to the mountains to let the dogs run around and enjoy the scenery.
With everything going on in the world today it can be daunting and stressful to try to figure out how to handle your wedding plans with so many uncertainties. Throughout this entire process Kenzie and Bryce have been amazing and have always put their family and friends needs and safety first all while maintaining an amazing positive attitude. We are super excited to get to share in and document their wedding and even though the plans had to change a bit we know it will be an amazing time!
