Maryam and Khalifa’s Bella Vista Steamboat, Colorado wedding weekend was amazing! We were all a little worried with all the fires burning in Colorado that it would be extra smokey and the views would not be as good but luckily the wind and weather was on our side! Everyone started the morning with some relaxing yoga and moved onto the wedding festivities. With just their closest family and friends in attendance Maryam and Khalifa were able to pull off a super relaxing weekend that was laid back and no stress for anyone. After a touching ceremony overlooking the Steamboat valley everyone was able to relax during the extended cocktail hour before dinner. We had some AMAZING light for their portraits and a perfect sunset for toasts and dinner! The day after the wedding Maryam and Khalifa treated everyone to an awesome breakfast before we all went hiking to see more of what Colorado had to offer!
Normally Jackie and I shoot every wedding and elopement together but Jackie had previously scheduled business for us our of town doing some commercial work so I was able to bring in one of my good friends Chuck Anerino to help me out. Needless to say we killed it. Chuck is an amazing shooter and better friend and I am truly grateful he was able to spend the weekend helping me out.
